Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is clean and placed back in its original medical-grade packaging with all included power cables, eye protection, and manuals.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous labels.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's functionality at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
